Joy Candler

Joy is the General Manager at Morning Dew Tropical Plants. She started at Morning Dew in 2013 in customer service and plant purchasing and has grown into her current position leading the Morning Dew Crew. Joy graduated from the University of Florida in 2013 with a BA in Landscape and Nursery Horticulture and a minor in Agricultural Communications. She interned with Walt Disney World’s Horticultural Department and assisted with several plant-related research projects before graduating. Joy and her husband Nathan live in Boynton Beach, FL with their cats. Joy is an enthusiastic fan of college football and gymnastics and loves to cheer on the Gators any chance she gets! Joy is glad to be working with Kingston White to grow Morning Dew Tropical Plants as the premier plant brokerage firm in Florida.

Dallyn Bleazard

Dallyn serves as CEO of Klingler Asphalt in Blackfoot, Idaho. Dallyn has a history of connecting with clientele and leading strong teams, and has demonstrated success and running prosperous companies. He has successfully founded two startup commercial cleaning companies in Nevada and Utah. He has also achieved success as a manager of a large packaged gasoline company in a multi-state capacity.

Dallyn’s management style has involved consistent training, promoting disciplined learners, and endorsing teamwork wholeheartedly. He has a Bachelors in Communications from Dixie State University in St. George, Utah. A self-described “foodie,” Dallyn has enjoyed trying new Mom-and-Pop style restaurants within the Southern Idaho vicinity with his great family.

Mark Hymas

Mark Hymas has been a Healthcare Administrator since 2009. In that time, Mark has learned the value of healthcare and how vital it is to provide the highest quality of care which gives the ability to change lives. Mark studied Business Management at BYU-Idaho and prior to his life in Healthcare was a Real Estate agent and Contractor. Mark is married to his best friend Maegan and together they have 4 amazing children who keep them running, laughing, and having fun at all times. Mark especially loves being out with his children golfing, mountain biking, or at the beach. Mark is thrilled to be leading the experienced and skilled teams at Tender Care Home Health and Hospice and Sun Tree Home Health and Hospice.

Jeff Sucher

Jeff Sucher is President and CEO of Treatment Technology in Littleton, Colorado and has worked with Eventide Partners for nearly 10 years. Prior to Treatment Technology, Jeff was the President of Tent Renters Supply in Tampa, Florida.  Jeff holds a Class B Water license, Class D Waste Water license, Class 1 Distribution license, as well an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Brigham Young University-Idaho. While there, Jeff was the President of the PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America), recipient of an academic scholarship and worked in the Public Relations office helping to greet dignitaries who visited the campus. Jeff is married to his college sweetheart and has five children. He enjoys sports of all kind and is a life-long fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Kingston White

Kingston White is president and CEO of Morning Dew Tropical Plants and Liquid Yacht Wear in South Florida. Mr. White also serves on the Board of Directors for the Green Plants for Green Buildings and is a contributing author to I-Plants Magazine. Prior to Morning Dew Tropical Plants, Mr. White served as an in-house attorney for TSYS (NYSE: TSS), a world-wide leader in payment card issuing, merchant acquiring, and payment processing. Mr. White is a licensed attorney. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. White’s passion for business and hands-on approach led him to start a successful professional office cleaning company in San Antonio, Texas, which he sold prior to attending law school. Mr. White holds a JD (with honors) from the University of Utah and a B.S. in Business Management/Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University. He and his wife live in Boca Raton, Florida, and have four children.

Jason Morris

Jason is president and CEO at Extreme Grocery Discounters. Jason previously served as president of Crown Industries in Southern California.  Jason has over 10 years of experience in starting, owning and operating small businesses. Jason learned that his passion was in entrepreneurial business as a teenager and it quickly grew through his attendance at Boise State University where he started Zips Energy, a new energy product he invented and developed. In 2013 Jason was recruited by Farmers Insurance in Colorado to work as a Business Development Specialist working with over 70 Agents on business growth and marketing efforts. Jason holds his Insurance licenses in Property Casualty and Life and Health. Jason and his family enjoy spending time at the beach and are sports enthusiast and enjoy both College and NFL Football, Basketball and Baseball. Jason’s second passion in life behind business is competitive Softball. Jason volunteers his time to the Boy Scouts of America and is actively involved in his church.
